Jakarta-PR: Tuesday, November 7 2017. Debating about the pattern of developing and controlling in justice are still colored the pers. Most of public said that apparatus arrested in sting operation by Corruption Eradication Commission is the sign of the fail, but the other said that this is the sign of the success of the controlling and developing. As much as apparatus arrested by sting operation means that unprincipled apparatus will decrease, and the principled apparatus will increase. Besides that the term created by public “worst habit of vice of lord” is a phenomenon must be faced, even though it is hard to get it.

These debating are still in general level, liking and disliking are dialect substantial in looking for the truth. The contradiction may become spiritual nutrition in self-correcting and fixing. The contradictive opinion are realistic and important to increase the controlling and developing itself. The differences between these two parts are in data or empiric fact supported. The basic of truth is not assumption only, but the fact. The result of research which not supported by the fact is the mutual way to show the stupidity.

Indeed, assumption is not false at all, whether it is based on valid data or not, public can see the quality of the writing. Perhaps, in the previous era the news which is based on assumption can be received, but right now public is smarter in sorting and selecting the information. Public is getting saturated with hoax and become more unbelieving with assumption information or news.

Furthermore, Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia awakes that more achievement got, will be more challenge will be faced. Even though, Supreme Court will always be consistent and consequent doing bureaucracy reform and eradicating corruption, collusion and nepotism in Supreme Court area. Until now, Supreme Court has received kind of acknowledgement and achievement from government such as Unqualified Opinion (WTP) for five years continuously from The Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) and received the first winner in Management Information System and Accounting for State Property of 2017.

Transparency, integrity and accountability become point in managerial and performance quality. Achievement is not only one to sign the success, but it is need to be published too. That is mean that publication is the key to see the integrity itself.        

Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia through Supervision Board, Education and Training Board, and also Directorate General has controlled and developed using kind of approaches. Each unit work in Supreme Court has its own advantages, they are:

• Supervision Board continuously doing controlling and guiding in strengthening the integrity and accountability;   
• Education and Training Board annually educating, training  and also strengthening the quality of dozens human resources in judicial, through education and training program in increasing the apparatus professionalism;
• Directorate General in four jurisdiction doing quality standardization in public service through certification ISO and also doing fit and proper test to obtain the head candidate and vice head of Court in all level or court class. Promotion and mutation depended on psychological assessment profile, performance achievement and  organizational needs in a transparent manner It is based on Decree of the Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia Number 48 Year 2017 About Pattern of Promotion and Mutation of Judges in Four Jurisdiction.  

According to Regulation of Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2017 and Regulation of Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2016, Supreme Court has gradually developed all honorable justice/ judges/registrars/bailiff and also administrative staff in order to do the task in accordance with vision and mission of Supreme Court. Addition, Supreme Court also has comprehensively and continuously guided either in Supreme Court or in four jurisdiction in the whole Indonesia in order to increase utility and maximum results.

Kind of guidance and supervision have maximal done by leaders of Supreme Court, but if still found undisciplined apparatus, Head of Supervision Chamber said that undisciplined, damage! Unprincipled, cut!
