Jakarta-Public Relation: To increase the quality of human resources in the Supreme Court and the courts below it, the Supreme Court is preparing occupation competency model in court with output comprises of competency dictionary and standard of occupation competency.

The competency model right now is being finalized by a team from the Supreme Court and four circumstances of courts.

Achmad Setyo Pudjoharsoyo, S.H., M.H., Secretary of the Supreme Court when opening the panel discussion of experts to validate and finalize the Supreme Court technical competency model conducted at Akmani Hotel of Jakarta (7/6/2018) stated that by the competency model, all the personals of the Supreme Court and the courts below it will have a uniform competency standard and only be differenciated by levelling based on duties and functions of each position.

“The competency model would serve as the basis of recruitment, performance assessment, development of education and training, and as one of the consideration of promotion and mutation,” Pudjoharsoyo added.

The discussion was attended by Chief of Jakarta High Court,  Chief of West Java High Court, Chief of Jakarta High Administrative Court, Chief of Jakarta Primary Military Court, representatives of Personnel Bureau, Planning and Organization Bureau, Directorate General of Religious Court, Directorate General of General Court, Directorate General of Military and Administrative Court and several judges.
