SUPREME COURT - BRI COOPERATE IN ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION SERVICE
Jakarta – Public Relation: Following the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between Supreme Court and 7 Government Bank on August 28, 2018 Supreme Court signed the Cooperation Agreement in Electronic Financial Transaction Management Services with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. In Supreme Court building (15/1). In the occasion, Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia represented by Secretary of Supreme Court A.S. Pudjoharsoyo, SH., M.Hum., then PT. BRI represented by Director of Human Capital, R. Sophia Alizsa.
Alisza said in her remarks cooperation in electronic financial transaction management services consist of opening and management The Other Government Account (RPL) belongs to Unit Working under Supreme Court, management down payment of case financial of unit working through BRIVA facility, electronic management of the other financial transaction of unit working, monitoring and management transaction of RPL using CMS facility and supporting needed in electronic financial transaction management and the other facility.
Over all, this cooperation is to support the implementation of e-court which has been launched and became Supreme Court priority program since July, 13 2018, especially in e-payment. According to Alisza Bank BRI has implemented virtual account system or BRIVA to ease an online payment of down payment of cases payment
“BRI has launched BRIVA to support the implementation of e-court in 494 unit working, included District Court, Religious Court, Mahkamah Shariah, and Administrative Court,” said Alisza detailing.
With Briva, according to Alisza, advocat or personal who have been registered is really ease to make payment of case financial down payment using kind of facility in BRI, such as BRI teller, BRI e-channel, BRI ATM, EDC BRI, internet banking, mobile banking, cash management BRI or billing agent spread in all over Indonesia.
HELP PEOPLE AND COURT
Meanwhile, in the same occasion Secretary of Supreme Court A.S Pudjoharsoyon said in his remarks that this cooperation is usefull not only to court, but also to justice seeker, especially to user registered in e-court. “People as court users will be easier in dealing with court.” Said Pudhoharsoyo.
For Court, according to Pudjoharsoyo the changing of case payment from manual system to electronic system is not only helping court in modernizing the service, but also helping court in maximizing the performance of case payment management
The most important is, added Pudhoharsoyo, e – payment written in this cooperation support court effort in realizing main point of judicial enforcement. “The court will realize the simple, fast, and low cost system”. Stated the former of Chief of Jakarta Barat District Court.
Furthermore Pudjoharsoyo expected that this cooperation can be more go up in servicing the people. “Such as helpdesk or one way services (PTSP), which combined bank excellences services with court need in order to give excellence service to people as court users”. Expected Pudjoharsoyo
The signing of cooperation agreement attended not only by Management of PT. Bank BRI, but also Echelon 1 and 2 Officials of Supreme Court and the other invitations.
