Palangka Raya – Public Relation: in frame of integrity zone development evaluation in Kalimantan Tengah, Secretary of Supreme Court, A.S. Pudjoharosyo, visits to High Court Palangka Raya on Tuesday, October 17th, 2019. This unit work is one of court had been followed desk evaluation and survey by Statistic Indonesia (BPS).

When He arrived at Court located at RTA Milono No. 9 Palangka Raya, Pudjoharsoyo introduced kind of facilities such as electronic registration, electronic information which were there in lobby of court.

Point out in Four Significant Matters

In addition, Pudjoharsoyo touring office and communicating with court apparatus related to each task implementation. At least, there are four significant matters pointed out by Secretary. First, absorption budget for 2019 period based on output and outcome. Former Chief Judge of Jakarta Barat District Court states that in utilizing budget, unit work do not focus on absorption only but also utilization of the budget.

Second, perform Civil Service Information System (SIKEP) Application in filing  human resources. Availibility and utility data to develop human resources are the main focus.

Third, achieving value of Government Agency Performance Accountability Standards (SAKIP) which expected to develop positively any time. Even tough there is improvement from previous year, Pudjoharsoyo also hope there is grade improvement better than year before.

Forth, development electronic case archive in order to support implementation e-litigation in 2020 as advised by Chief Justice of Supreme Court.  

Supporting Long Term Commitment

Besides, according to integrity zone development in implementation Corruption-free zone (WBK) and Serving and Clean Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM), Secretary of Supreme Court urges all Palangka Raya High Court apparatus to have commitment in the program in long term.

Integrity zone development program, according to Pudjoharsoyo must be started from all parties commitment. All apparatus shall have commitment and not only to achieve WBK predicate, “WBK is not goal, because the main goal is giving excellence service to public”, said Pudjoharsoyo.

If WBK predicate is a target, it will be negative, even if it has been achieved or if a work unit that predicate failed to achieved. “Commitment of integrity zone development must exist, even if we failed to achieve WBK predicate,” said the former of Chief Judge of Jakarta Barat District Court clearly.

Nevertheless, Pudjoharsoyo expects that Palangka Raya High Court can achieve WBK predicate after passing two significant phases in last part, which were desk evaluation and survey by Statistic Indonesia (BPS). (MN/PR/azh/RS)
