Jakarta – Public Relation: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of The Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. M. Hatta Ali, SH., MH., inaugurates 5 Justices on Thursday, March 12th, 2020 in Kusumah Atmadja room, the Supreme Court building, Jakarta. In the same time, the Chief Justice also inaugurates 3 Adhoc-Judges that classified into 2 Adhoc-Judges for Corruption Crime of Cassation Level and 1 Adhoc-Judges for Industrial Relations Court of Cassation Level.

Guided by the Chief Justice and under noble book Al-Qur’an, officials inaugurated swear that they will fulfil their job as Justice and Adhoc-judges as well as possible and as fair as possible. They also swear that they will be responsible according to the constitution and the direction of the state as straight as possible. They swear also to be loyal to the state.

The event that started with Indonesia Raya anthem and Mahkamah Agung hymn attended by Supreme Court Leadership, Chief of Constitution Court, Justices, Adhoc-Judges, Delegation of Judicial Commission, Delegation of Police of Republic of Indonesia, Delegation of Attorney of Republic of Indonesia, Official 1 and 2 of the Supreme Court and another invitation.

The names of Justices inaugurated are below: 

1. Soesilo, SH., MH, previously served as High Judge in Banjarmasin High Court;
2. Dr. Dwi Sugiarto, SH., MH, previously served as High Judge in Denpasar High Court;
3. Dr. Rahmi Mulyati, SH., MH, previously served as Substitute Registrar of Special Civil Case of the Supreme Court;
4. Drs. H. Busra, SH., MH, previously served as Vice Head of Surabaya Religious High Court;
5. Brigjen TNI Sugeng Sutrisno, SH., MH, previously served as Military Judge in Primary Military Court.

Inauguration of 5 Justices based on Decree of President of The Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo Number 23/P Year 2020 on 26 February 2020. For this 5 Justices inauguration, right now the number of justices in Republic of Indonesia are 48 Justices.

Meanwhile, the names of 3 Adhoc-Judges inaugurated are mentioned below:

1. Dr. Agus Yuniato, SH., MH. Previously served as Adhoc- judges in Surabaya District Court;
2. Ansori, SH., MH, previously served as Adhoc-Judges of Cassation Level in Sulawesi Tengah High Court;
3. Sugiyanto, SH., MH. Previously served as Adhoc-Judges of Industrial Relations Court   in Semarang District Court.

Inauguration of these three Adhoc-judges based on Decree of President of The Republic of Indonesia Number 27/P Year 2020 on 6 March 2020.
