CHIEF JUSTICE SYARIFUDDIN INAUGURATES FIVE CHIEF JUDGES OF RELIGIOUS HIGH COURT
Jakarta – Public Relations: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Dr. H. M. Syarifuddin, S.H., M.H., inaugurates 5 (five) Chief Judge of Religious High Court on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at the Supreme Court Building, Jakarta.
The five chief judges inaugurated are mentioned below:
- Drs.H. Sarif Usman, SH., MH as Chief Judge of Yogyakarta Religious High Court;
- Drs.H. Helmy Thohir, MH, as Chief Judge of Banjarmasin Religious High Court;
- Drs. H. Agus Budiadji, SH., MH, as Chief Judge of Jayapura Religious High Court;
- Drs. H. Ibrahim Kardi, SH., M.Hum, as Chief Judge of Bandar Lampung Religious High Court;
- Dr.Drs. H. Izzudin HM, SH.,MH, as Chief Judge of Gorontalo Religious High Court.
In their oath, the five Chief Judges swear that in the name of Allah they swear that they will fully do to the best of their capabilities and in the fairest way possible as Chief Judge of Religious High Court. They also swear to uphold the Constitution by all means and to execute all laws and regulations as straightforwardly as possible as well as to dedicate their selves to the service of the Nation and the People.
