Jakarta – Public Relations: Women and Children working group of the Supreme Court held Focus Group Discussion on Academic Drafting of Supreme Court Regulations on Procedures for the petition for Restitution to Crime Victims on Thursday, November 19th, 2020 at Best Western Plus Hotel, Jakarta. This FGD led by Vice Chief Judge of Bengkulu High Court Dr. Hj. Nirwana, S.H., M., Hum., and accompanied by Acting of Head of Public Relations and Legal Affairs Bureau, Dr. Andi Julia Cakrawala, ST., MT., MH.

This FGD aims to give judges guidance in unity and accuracy of restitution implementation for the crime victim. So, it needs to make a draft academic the Regulation that regulated the procedure for the petition for restitution to crime victims.
