CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT OPEN VIRTUAL HEALTH SOCIALIZATION

Jakarta - Public Relations: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Prof. Dr. M. Syarifuddin, S.H., M.H., open a virtual Health Socialization on Monday, May 3, 2021, at the Command Center of the Supreme Court.

dr. Mursyid Bustami, Sp.S (K), KIC, MARS ,. dr. Nizar Yamanie, Sp.S (K), dr. Fawzi Arifin Daud, SP.JP. from the Jakarta National Brain Center Hospital are present as speakers in this socialization.

In his remarks, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court said that with age, the human body will degenerate cells, or the ability to regenerate cells will decrease. This condition results in the fitness and physical strength of humans naturally decreasing with age.

Then a kind of disease began to enter the list that we were worried about: namely heart, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes. In this pandemic era, we must pay more attention to these other diseases. Not only because these diseases are dangerous, but also because they can become Comorbid or co-diseases for Covid-19 which can increase the chances of a fatal condition occurring.

Furthermore, the former Vice Chief Justice for Judicial Matters said "based on that premise, I welcome this socialization activity, as one of our right efforts to maintain our health together. In addition, with this health socialization, I hope that all of us can receive correct and medically correct information from experts and practitioners directly. I also invited the participants to ask questions directly to the speakers," said Prof. Syarifuddin.

dr. Mursyid Bustami, Sp.S (K), at the same time, describes that stroke is a condition that occurs when blood flow stops to the brain so that the brain will not get oxygen and nutrients, so the cells in some areas of the brain will die. Several factors increase the risk of strokes such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, stress, smoking, and others.

20-30% of stroke sufferers die within one month and 25% of strokes occur over 65 years of age.
