In addition, he also said that being the leader of the judiciary in this pandemic era certainly has its own challenge. “You all are not only required to implement the Supreme Court's policies at the High Court but you are also asked to discipline the court apparatus below them in implementing health protocols,” says Syarifudddin.

The Chief Justice also advised all Court Leaders to apply the Circular of the Supreme Court No. 1 of 2020 to the Circular of the Supreme Court No. 9 of 2020 on the Regulation of Working Hours in the “New Normal” at the Supreme Court and the Judicial Body under it. Especially for court areas that fall into the red zone, the composition of work is 25% Work from Office (WFO) and 75% Work from Home (WFH).

According to lockdown arrangements, Syarifuddin said that it depends on the respective courts' leadership after gradual coordination has been carried out to the court level above. All of this is certainly done as part of our efforts to maintain the health of the judicial apparatus.

At the end of his remarks, the former Chief of the Oversight Board hoped that the messages that had been conveyed could be absorbed and implemented as well as possible and sincerely by the inaugurated officials and their families. Solemnity and sincerity in carrying out the task will always give good results, it can even be worth worship in the eyes of Allah SWT, God Almighty. “May Allah SWT, God Almighty always guide us all in carrying out our duties and mandates,” Syarifuddin wishes.
